【摘要】 目的:观察红花对特发性水肿患者血液流变学的影响，探讨其治疗机制。方法：特发性水肿患者52例(水肿组)，应用红花注射液进行治疗；健康女性30例作为对照。在治疗前后，测定血液流变学各项指标的变化。结果：治疗前，特发性水肿患者表现为血液流变性异常，治疗后全血粘度、血浆粘度明显降低(P<005)。结论：红花对特发性水肿有较好的治疗作用，其机制与改善血液流变性异常有关。【关键词】特发性水肿；红花；血液流变学
The Changes of Hemorheology Indexes in Patients with
Indiopathic Edema and Therapeutic Effect of Honghua

【ABSTRACT】 Objective：To investigate the changes of hemorheology indexes in patients treated with Honghua and study its therapeutic mechanism in patients with indiopathic edema. Methods：52 outpatients with indiopathic edema were diagnosed by experts in Cardiology Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2000 to December 2001, in which all females were aged from 22 to 50 years old. And 30 healthy females were taken as control group. The change of hemorheology indexes was done in the therapeutic group before and after treatment. Results:It showed that there were obvious abnormal hemorrheological properties in patients with indiopathic edema before treatment. After treatment, plasma viscosity and blood viscosity were significantly lower compared with that of pretreatment (P<005). Conclusion:The results suggest that Honghua injection should have a good curative effect on indiopathic edema and its mechanism might be related to improving abnormal hemorrheological properties. ......
