尼可地尔与康宝得维联用治疗老年高血压病患者疗效的观察

     【摘要】目的：探讨尼可地尔与康宝得维联用对老年人高血压的疗效。方法：选择200例60岁以上高血压病患者，血压均为1~2级，病史在10年以上，心功能在II级以上(NYHA分级法)，采用随机对照临床实验的系统评估分析。随机分两组，观察组100例，口服康宝得维(国产非洛地平缓释片)5~10mg，每日早晨口服一次，尼可地尔5~10mg，每日三次；对照组100例，口服康宝得维5~10mg，每日早晨口服一次。治疗前后分别检测心功能、颈动脉壁内中膜厚度，检测肾功能、血脂、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖等生化指标，两组结果进行对比研究。结果：康宝得维与尼可地尔联用明显降低老年高血压患者血压、明显改善心功能，较对照组有显著性差异(P<001)；两组均能改善血糖水平及肾功能指标，较治疗前有显著性差异(P<001)。结论：康宝得维是安全、降压效果好而不良反应少的降压药物，与尼可地尔联合能明显改善心功能，尤其适合高血压病合并冠心病、心功能不全、肾功能不全、动脉硬化、2型糖尿病的患者，更适合于60岁以上老年人高血压长期应用。

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the antihypertensive effect of Nicorandil and Kangbaodewei on hypertention of the aged. Methods: 200 aged cases with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups to accept either Kangbaodewei Tablets (5~10mg Qd) (FEL group, n=100), or Kangbaodewei (5~10mg Qd) and Nicorandil (5~10mg Tid) (NIF group, n=100) treatment. Then the changes of the cardiac function, carotid wall intratunica media thickness, the renal funtion, the blood uric acid, the fasting plasma glucose and postprandical twohours plasma glucose, bloodfat in prior and posttreatment in 200 cases were studied and compared. Results: The cardiac functions were obviousely improved in Nicorandil and Kangbaodewei group; the plasma glucose and the renal function were obviousely improved in two groups. Conclusion: Nicorandil and Kangbaodewei are ideal drugs in treating hypertension with cardia insufficiency, renal inadequacy, arteriosclerosis and 2 type diabetes. Its more suitable for the aged patients with hypertension for longterm taking. ......
