[摘要] 目的 观察口服兰美抒治疗儿童头癣的疗效和安全性。方法 随机选择180例儿童头癣，分为两组，治疗组每天晚饭后顿服兰美抒片，体重小于20 kg，62.5 mg/d；体重为20～40 kg，125 mg/d；体重大于40 kg,250 mg/d。对照组口服灰黄霉素，20 mg/(kg·d)，两组均连服4周。结果 治疗组和对照组相比较，疗效差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 兰美抒治疗头癣疗效好、安全。[关键词] 兰美抒；儿童头癣；临床观察
Study on effect of Lamisic in treatment of children scald head

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect and security of Lamisic in the treatment children scald head.Methods One hundred and eighty cases of children scald head were divided into two groups.Ninety cases in the treatment group were given Lamisic table once after supper everyday,which weigth <20 kg,took 62.5 mg/d;20～40 kg,took 125 mg/d;>40 kg,took 250 mg/d.Ninety cases in control group were given Crseofulvin three times everyday,20 mg/(kg·d).All had continued for 4 weeks.Results Compared with the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of children scald head,there was a significant difference in effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamisic can improve scald head in children ......
