[摘要] 目的 消除体内结核杆菌、防止感染日后进展到活动性结核病。方法 结核菌素试验阳性，排除BCG接种后反应即明确诊断，给予3HR/6H或9H的治疗方案。结果 全部患儿临床取得满意疗效。结论 结核菌素试验阳性是诊断潜伏结核感染最可靠的唯一的依据，潜伏结核感染的诊治不可忽视。[关键词] 结核菌素试验；结核感染；重要性
Bacillus tuberculin test in preventing latent tuberculosis

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the Bacillus tuberculosis in patient’s body and prevent latent tuberculosis infection developing into active tuberculosis infection later.Methods Latent tuberculosis infection could be conclusively diagnosed with a positive result of tuberculin(skin)test excluding BCG(Bacillus CalmetteGuerin)vaccination reaction,then patients take 3HR/6H or 9H treatment for latent infection.Results The clinical therapeutic effect for all the patients who diagnosed as latent infection is satisfactory.Conclusion Tuberculin(skin)test is still the only proven method for identifying latent tuberculosis infection and to diagnosis and treat the latent infection is rather necessary. ......
