【摘要】 目的 评价胃液潜血阳性(尤其是在诊断胃内出血或恶性肿瘤时)的临床应用价值。方法 用化学法和免疫胶体金法两种方法对其检测。结果 化学法检测阳性105例，弱阳性4例，阴性8例；胶体金法检测阳性84例，弱阳性22例，阴性11例。结论 化学法特异性较差，灵敏度较低；胃液潜血阳性不能作为判断胃内出血或恶性肿瘤的一项客观独立指标。

    Clinical value of positive occult blood in gastric juice

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical value of positive occult blood in gastric juice. Methods Collect gastric juice of 117 patients from January 2005 to April 2006.Measurement with chemical method and one step fecal occult blood test respectively.Results 105 patients were positive,4 patients were infirm positive and 8 patients were negative in chemical method；84 patients were positive,22 patients were infirm positive and 11 patients were negative in one step fecal occult blood test.Conclusion Positive occult blood in gastric juice can not become single external absolute index of estimating bleeding or malignancy of stomach. ......
