     [摘要] 目的探讨血液灌流与血液透析联用的治疗效果。方法维持血液透析的患者进行血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗和常规血液透析患者进行比较。结果血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗尿毒症优于血液透析。结论血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗尿毒症有较好的疗效。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysishemoperfusion (HPHD) in chronic uremia.

    Methods HPHD and HD patients with chronic uremia.

    Results HPHD is better than HD in chronic uremia.

    Conclusion The method of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is useful to treat patients with chronic uremia.
