【摘要】 农民工作为弱势群体，其健康保障应得到全社会的广泛关注。农民工群体的社会、经济地位以及城市提供给他们的政策环境决定了该人群仍存在着很多健康乃至生命安全问题，主要表现在传染病、生产事故和职业危害、心理健康以及社会适应等多个方面。在农民工的医疗保障问题上，城镇职工基本医疗保险和新型农村合作医疗两种制度都没有明确将其纳入保障范围。尽快建立一套保证所有国民都能享受到基本医疗服务的医疗卫生保障体制，可以促进社会公平和社会稳定，社会环境的改善利于经济增长。

    【Abstract】 Being a population in the inferior position,migrant workers’ health insurance should be paid broad attention of the whole society.Migrant workers’ social and economic status and policy environment provided by cities have determined many health problems even life safety in this group,which showed in many aspects of infectious diseases,occupational accidents and harms,mental health and social adaptation.With regard to migrant workers’ medical insurance,the employees’ basic medical insurance in town and the new pattern of country cooperation medical system have not brought it into insurance area definitely.To establish a set of medical care assurance system as soon as possible,which would ensure that the whole country could enjoy basic medical service and promote the equitableness and stabilization of our society and the social environment for the perennial development of our economy. ......
