     【摘要】目的评价通心络胶囊在脑梗死康复期治疗中的作用。方法随机选择脑梗死康复期患者124例分成试验组65例和对照组59例，2组均进行正规的康复期治疗，试验组加服通心络胶囊3粒/次，2次/日，连续24周，对照组不服用。治疗前后检查患者的血小板最大聚集率，采用FuglMeyer(FM)运动功能量表来评价患者的肢体功能康复，Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)量表评价患者的智能精神状态。结果 (1)治疗后试验组血小板最大聚集率(51.37%±10.07%)和对照组(53.81%±8.96%)均较治疗前显著降低，差异有显著意义(P<0.05)，但2组治疗后比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)；(2)治疗后试验组FM评分(45.62±12.45)和对照组(41.10±10.37)均较治疗前显著升高，差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)，且2组治疗后比较，差异亦有显著意义(P<0.05)；(3)试验组和对照组治疗后MMSE评分分别为(24.37±3.10)、(23.81±3.40)，二者治疗前后及组间比较差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)；(4)试验组和对照组复发例数分别为6例和5例，复发率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论合并使用通心络胶囊能够较好地提高肢体功能康复，一定程度上改善了脑梗死患者的血液流变学指标，但是对脑梗死患者的智能精神状态无显著作用。

    The effects of tongxinluo capsule on patients with convalescent brain infarction

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of tongxinluo capsule on patients with convalescent brain infarction.Method 124 patients with convalescent brain infarction were divided randomly into treatment group (65 patients )and control group (59 patients).All patients received the same routine rehabilitation traning,tongxinluo capsule was taken orally in treatment group only,3 capsules one time, twice a day,for 24 weeks. Before and after the treatment, blood platelet aggregation test (PAgT) was checked , Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) and FuglMeyer (FM) scale were used for assessing cognitive status and limb motor recovery.Results (1)After treatment,the PAgT in treatment gorup (51.37%±10.07%) and control group (53.81%±8.96%) were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the FM scale in treatment group (45.62±12.45) and control group (41.10±10.37) were both significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).(3)There was no significant difference in MMSE scale before and after treatment in treatment grooup and control group (P>0.05).(4)6 and 5 cases recurred in treatment group and control group respectively and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate (P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combining with routine treatments had beneficial effect on the recovery of limb motor function. ......
