Abstract
The medical quality is the survival and the development foundation of the hospital. The medical quality control is a systems engineering.To adapt the idea of “omni-directional, entire process, multiple perspectives” which is the request of modern medical quality management. Our hospital strengthens the management innovation inceasingly and enhanced the patient degree of satisfaction.

医疗质量是医院的生命线，医疗质量管理是医院管理的核心，是医院赖以生存和发展的基础。为适应现代医疗质量观念的转变，我院从全方位、全过程、多角度出发，强化管理，实现了医疗质量的飞跃，使病人的满意度不断提高[1～3]。笔者本着学习、交流的目的，现将我院的一些做法简要介绍如下。
1 主要做法
1.1 增强质量管理意识，建立完善的组织及制度 我院不间断地对医务人员进行医疗质量、医疗安全及相关法律法规等方面的教育，使全院人员充分认识到医疗质量是医院生存之本、发展之本 ......
