【摘 要】 目的 探讨硫辛酸(LA)对内毒素(脂多糖,LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠白细胞介素(IL)10含量的影响。方法 72只大鼠随机分为4组,对照组、LPS组LPS+LA 30 mg干预组。LPS+LA 100 mg干预组。各实验组舌下静脉注射LPS诱导大鼠ALI模型,30 min后2个干预组分别给予LA 30 mg/kg和100 mg/kg舌下静脉注射,对照组给予等体积生理盐水。LPS注射1、3、6 h后测定血清及肺组织中IL10浓度。结果 各实验组血清及肺组织中IL10分别在不同时间点显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。2个干预组血清及肺组织中IL10水平在3 h、6 h明显升高,均显著高于LPS组(P<0.01),且LPS+LA 100 mg组显著高于LPS+LA 30 mg组(P<0.05)。结论 LPS可导致ALI的发生,LA可提高IL10水平,改善肺损伤。【关键词】 硫辛酸;脂多糖;肺损伤,急性;白细胞介素10;大鼠
The effects of lipoicacid on interleukin10 in acute lung injury rat

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of lipoicacid (LA )on expression of interleukin10 (IL10) in rat with acute lung injury (ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Methods 72 rats were randomly divided into four groups (normal group,LPS group, LPS+LA 30 mg group, LPS+LA 100 mg group).ALI model was made by hypoglossial injection of LPS,and 30 minutes later LA was injected in LPS+LA 30 mg group,and LPS+LA 100 mg group.At 1,3 and 6h after LPS injection, the lung homogenates and serum were prepared to detect IL10 levels.Results In LPS group, the levels of IL10 in serum and lung homogenates were higher than those of normal group (P<0.01),but lower than those of LPS+LA 30 mg group and LPS+LA 100 mg group at 3h and 6h after LPS injection (P<0.05).In LPS+LA 100 mg group,IL10 levels in serum and lung homogenates at 3h and 6h were higher than those of LPS+LA 30 mg group (P<0.05).Conclusion LPS could lead to ALI,LA could upregulate IL10 levels and improve the injury of lungs. ......
