[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫内膜小细胞癌发病机制及临床诊断、治疗方法。方法 报告了1例这种罕见病例，并进行了有关文献复习。结果 手术病理证实是子宫内膜来源肿瘤，免疫组化结果提示多种神经内分泌标记物为阳性。手术分期为ⅠB期，手术后化疗、放疗，无瘤生存期为10个月。结论 子宫内膜小细胞神经内分泌癌是非常少见的一种疾病，虽然子宫内膜小细胞神经内分泌癌预后较差，但包括手术、化疗及放疗在内的综合治疗可以改善预后。

    Small cell carcinoma of the endometrium：case report and literature review

    [Abstract] Objective To explore etiology of small cell carcinoma of endometrium and diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods Small cell carcinoma of the endometrium is extremely rare.We reported one case of this rare tumor and reviewed the literature.Results She was a 55-year-old woman.The patient presented with vaginal bleeding.She underwent surgery and the tumor originated in the endometrium.Pathological examination revealed small cell carcinoma of endometrium，and immuno-histochemical reactivity for more neuroendocrine markers was found in this case.This case was stage IB according to postoperative pathology.She underwent chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy and was alive with no evidence of disease for 10 months.Conclusion Although the prognosis of small cell carcinoma of endometrium is poor ......
