老年恶性肿瘤血液流变学及血小板的变化研究

【摘要】 目的 了解老年恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学及血小板的变化及其意义。 方法 对98例老年恶性肿瘤患者及40例健康老年人血液流变学指标、血小板计数、纤维蛋白原指标进行比较。 结果 老年恶性肿瘤患者血小板计数及纤维蛋白原含量与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<001))，早期组与晚期组差异也非常显著(P<001)。老年恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学参数及血小板计数均明显高于健康老年人(P<005)。 结论 老年恶性肿瘤患者血液存在高凝、高黏状态。【主题词】 肿瘤； 血液流变学； 血小板； 老年人
