[摘要] 目的 观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)比较单纯用甲氨蝶呤对未破裂型异位妊娠的疗效。方法 将已确诊为未破裂的异位妊娠的住院病人随机分为2组，观察组给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗，对照组单用甲氨蝶呤治疗。结果 观察组治愈率92.9%，显著优于对照组79.6%(P<0.05)。血β-HCG恢复正常时间及包块消失时间观察组较对照组均显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论 联合用药作用快，疗效高，保守治疗成功率提高，显著提高异位妊娠保守治疗的疗效。
