摘要: 目的:探讨新疆不同民族贲门腺癌与非癌组织中IGFIR、p53的异常表达及其病理学意义。方法:应用免疫组化LSAB法检测93例贲门腺癌和21例非癌组织的IGFIR、p53水平,并分析其表达与病理学意义。 结果:(1)IGFIR、p53在贲门腺癌组织中的检出率分别为84.95%(79/93)、75.27%(70/93),在贲门非癌组织中的阳性检出率分别为47.62%(10/21)、4.76%(1/21),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)哈萨克、维吾尔、汉族民族间IGFIR、p53阳性率差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)p53的阳性表达与组织分级无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。IGFIR的阳性表达与贲门腺癌组织学分级及淋巴结转移无明显关系(P>0.05)。(4)贲门腺癌中IGFIR与p53间未发现有相关关系(P>0.05)。结论: IGFIR和p53的异常表达在贲门腺癌变过程中具有重要作用。关键词: 贲门腺癌; IGFIR、p53; 不同民族; 免疫组化
Biopathological significance of the abnormal expression of IGFIR, p53 in cardiac cancer tissues in Xinjiang

Abstract: Objective: To detect the abnormal expression of IGFIR protein, p53 oncogene in cardiac cancer tissues in different ethnic patients, may involve the molecular biology of cardiac carcinogenesis. Methods: The over expression of IGFIR and p53 on paraffin embedded tumor tissues in 93 different ethnic patients with cardinal adenocarcinoma (Hazak 30, Uygur 32, Han 31) were examined by immunohistochemistry (LSAB). Results: The positive frequency of IGFIR and p53 in cardial cancer were 84.95%(79/93),75.27%(70/93) respectively. And the expression of those in noncancer were 47.62%(10/21), 4.76%(1/21). There was statistic significance between cancer and noncancer (P<0.01). The statistic significance was found between the expression of p53 and the metastasis in lymph node (P<0.05). However, no difference of the expression of IGFIR, p53 among different ethnic as well as varing degrees of differentiation was found (P>0.05). No significant correlationship was found between IGFIR and p53 (P>0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of IGFIR and p53 may be an important etiopathogenesis factor for cardiac carcinogenesis. No statistic difference on the expression of IGFIR and p53 among different ethnic was found as well as varing degrees of differentiation. The abnormal expression of p53 had relationship with matestasis of lymph node incardiac cancer. ......
