【摘要】 目的 探讨降脂药辛伐他汀对大鼠成骨细胞代谢的影响。方法 分离培养2周龄乳鼠成骨细胞，传代后以辛伐他汀作干预，观察成骨细胞的成骨代谢中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及骨形态发生蛋白(BMP-2)表达的改变。结果 成骨细胞传代后辛伐他汀可明显增强干预组的ALP及BMP表达水平，使其与对照组呈现明显差异(P<0.01)。结论 辛伐他汀能够明显提高大鼠成骨细胞的成骨代谢指标的表达，表明其具有成骨促进作用。【关键词】 辛伐他汀 成骨细胞 代谢
The Effects of Simvastatin on the Metabolism of Rat Osteoblast

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin on osteoblast metabolism.Methods Osteoblasts of rats birth after two weeks were isolated and cultured in vitro,and then were interfered with simvastatin,the expression of ALP and BMP-2 were tested.Results The expression of ALP and BMP-2 in osteoblast cultured 4 generations were highly exceeded the control group after interfered by the simvastatin.The expressions between the two group had significantly difference (P<0.01).Conclusions Simvastatin can significantly increase the ALP and BMP-2 expression of the osteoblast; this indicates it can promote osteoblastic effect of bone cells. ......
