【摘要】 目的 研究肺心病血小板活化与外周血的关系。方法 应用单克隆抗体法并在流式细胞仪上对血小板活化因子CD62P、P10进行检测，同时跟踪检测病人血气和呼吸功能，以了解它们之间关系。结果 肺心病病人血小板异常活化，与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。血小板活化程度与PaO2、呼吸功能呈显著负相关。结论 血小板异常活化能加重肺心病病情，应用抑制血小板活化药物和适当抗凝可能有利于肺心病疗效的提高。【关键词】 肺心病 血小板活化 CD62P P10
Relationship between Platelet Activation and Cor Pulmonale

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the platelet activation and cor pulmoale. Methods Plasma concentration of platelet-activating markers CD62P and P10 on platelets surface were assayed by using ELISA and FCM,patient’s blood gas and pulmonary functions were also analyzed. Results The patients of cor pulmonale had abnormal platelet activation,as compared with that in control,with remarkable difference (P<0.01).The level of plateler activation was negatively related with that of PaO2 and pulmonary functions significantly. Conclusions There is an abnormal platelet activation in cor pulmonale,especially when the condition worsened.It is valuable to treat cor pulmonale by using platelet activation controlling drug and coagulant. ......
