[摘要] 目的 探讨自然周期宫腔内人工授精(IUI)的最佳时机。方法 回顾分析我中心2004年1月～2005年6月36个IUI周期的病例资料。结果 IUI的授精时间与预期排卵时间的准确程度有关。结论 IUI治疗过程中，授精时间愈接近排卵期，则妊娠率愈高。IUI的最佳时机在排卵后的12 h内。
