[摘要] 目的 探讨高频电波刀宫颈锥切(LEEP)组织HPV16/18型感染状况及治疗效果。方法 采用LEEP术对216例宫颈疾病患者进行治疗，以免疫组化法测定手术标本中HPV16/18的感染状况。6个月后复查，前后对比评判高频电刀宫颈锥切治疗宫颈HPV16/18感染的疗效。结果 慢性宫颈炎组(n=102)、CINⅠ级组(n=66)、CINⅡ/Ⅲ级组(n=41)HPV感染率分别为20.6%、42.4%、80.5%，转阴率分别为94.4%、96.2%、84.4%。各组HPV感染率结果经统计学比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)，转阴率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 HPV16/18型在慢性宫颈炎、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ/Ⅲ级中的表达依次增高；LEEP治疗宫颈HPV感染有很好的疗效；宫颈治疗后HPV16/18持续阳性是CIN复发的高危因子。

    Infection of HPV16/18 in LEEP specimens and effect of LEEP on HPV clearance

    [Abstract] Objective To study the expression of high-risk human papillomaviruses(HPV16/18) in loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) specimens，evaluate the effect of HPV infection treated by LEEP.Methods Two hundred and sixteen cases of chronic cervicitis or cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) underwent LEEP excision.The LEEP specimens were all detected by immunohistochemical method for HPV16/18.Six months later，the team of HPV(+) were followed up，and underwent biopsies and HPV16/18 detection again to evaluate the effect of HPV infection treated by LEEP.Results Chronic cervicitis group(n=102) ......
