异常黑胆质载体动物模型支配器官组织细胞超微结构观察

     摘要:目的:探讨异常黑胆质载体动物模型支配器官细胞的超微结构及其与异常黑胆质的相关性。方法:选择健康ICR雄性小鼠30只,分为模型组和正常对照组,每组15只。造模后,各组实验动物眼球放血处死,并迅速取出支配器官脑(下丘脑)、心脏、肝脏等器官,采用透射电镜观察细胞超微结构改变。结果:异常黑胆质载体动物模型实验动物脑(下丘脑)、心脏、肝脏细胞都有不同程度的线粒体肿胀、粗面内质网扩张和空化、细胞变形、核周隙增宽、核变形等超微结构的损伤。结论:模型组小鼠支配器官细胞超微结构有明显的改变。异常黑胆质的产生可能与支配器官细胞超微结构的改变有关。

    Observation of ultrastructural changes of dominating organs in abnormal savda syndrome animal model

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the ultrastructural changes of dominating organs in abnormal savda syndrome animal model, and investigate the relationship between them. Methods: Male ICR rats were fed with cold food diet under cool dry environment, stimulated with electric foot shocks to establish abnormal savda syndrome animal model in Uighur medicine and brain, cardiac muscle, liver were taked and observed ultrastructural changes by using transmission electronic microscope. Results: The model group dominating organs have obvious ultrastructural changes. Conclusion: The production of abnormal savda relate to ultrastructural changes in dominating organs. ......
