摘要:目的:探讨异常黑胆质载体动物模型实验动物的下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴(HPAA)的形态学改变及其与异常黑胆质的关系,并提供形态学依据 。方法:选择健康ICR雄性小鼠30只,分为正常对照组和模型组,造模后模型组与正常对照组小鼠眼球放血处死,迅速取其下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺并固定于10%的福尔马林溶液中,采用HE染色,光学显微镜进行组织学观察。结果:与正常对照组对比,模型组小鼠下丘脑星形胶质细胞肿胀,间质血管中、重度扩张,垂体细胞中、重度增值,肾上腺网状带中、重度增殖,同时肾上腺髓质重度增生。结论:异常黑胆质证与下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴有密切的关系。关键词: 异常黑胆质;下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴;形态学改变
Observation of hypothalamuspituitaryadrenal axis in animal model of abnormal savda syndrome

Abstract: Objective: To observe the morphologic changes of hypothalamuspituitaryadrenal axis (HPAA) in animal model of abnormal savda syndrome. To explore the relation of abnormal savda and HPAA. Methods: Abnormal savda syndrome animal model was made. Morphological analysis of HPAA by optic microscope. Results: Microscopic examination showed swelling of hypothalamic cells, interstitial angiectasis in the hypothalamus. And there was moderate and severe pituitary corticotrope hyperplasia, moderate and severe adrenal cortex and medulla hyperplasia especially zona reticularis cell of adrenal cortex in the model group. Conclusions: Compared to control group the model group have obvious morphological changes. It is found the closely intrinsic relationship of the abnormal savda and morphologic change in HPAA. ......
