狼疮性肾炎患者心理状态分析与对策

    [摘要]目的探讨狼疮性肾炎患者心理状态并提出相应的护理措施。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测试。结果患者在躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执、精神病性9个因子评分与国内常模比较，差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论狼疮性肾炎患者心理状态差，应加强心理护理。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the mental state of the patients suffered from the lupus nephritis and to suggest the corresponding nursing measurements.MethodsTo use the chant of symptomatic self-evaluation for measurements.ResultsCompared with the normal models of China,our group has a statistical significance in the following factors:body compel sensitivity dumps anxiety hostility horror crankiness psychopathy(P<0.01).ConclusionThere exists a bad mental state of lupus nephritis patients;mental nursing should be strengthened for them.
