[摘要] 目的 评价全直肠系膜切除(TME)对中低位直肠癌根治术后局部复发率及5年生存率的影响。方法 回顾性分析1998年7月～2000年2月共52例行TME治疗中低位直肠癌术后患者的临床资料，与非TME术后局部复发率、5年生存率及术后性功能和膀胱功能进行比较。结果 5例发生吻合口瘘。术后随访6个月~5年，盆腔复发1例。无吻合口狭窄、吻合口瘘复发，40例男性病人中，回访60岁以下29例，性功能较术前有所减弱，但基本正常，尿失禁及排尿困难等症状术后普遍存在，随时间的延长(6个月~1年)均逐渐恢复。结论 中低位直肠癌实施TME后，局部复发率明显降低，保肛率及5年生存率明显提高，术后性生活和膀胱功能恢复较好，提高了病人术后长期的存活率和生存质量。

    Clinical analysis of total mesorectal excision in treatment of mesolow and low site rectal cancer sufferer

    [Abstract] Objective To appraise the effect of the locally recurrence rate and the 5-year survival rate in the sufferer who accepted TME treatment after radical resection operation for rectal cancer.Methods From Jul.1998 to Feb.2000,the clinical data of 52 cases of mesolow and low site rectal cancer which have been treated with TME were analyzed retrospectively and compared with non-.TME cases in locally recurrence rate,the 5-year survival rate,sex function and bladder function after operation.Results There were 5 cases suffered from anastomotic leakage and one pelvic reccurrence were detected.All male(40) cases suffered dysuria and urinary incontinence but recovered after 6 months.29 male cases under 60-years-.old suffered sexual disorder than normal.Conclusion TME can effectively lower local recurrence rate in mesolow and low site rectal cancer with preservation of anus after TME sex function and bladder function recovered better.TME also can improve the 5-year survival rate and the living quality. ......
