阴道镜检查诊断宫颈癌的临床价值(pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 探讨阴道镜检查在诊断宫颈癌中的临床价值。方法 100例妇检发现宫颈肥大，并存在不同程度的糜烂，疑有宫颈癌变的患者，采用DIGENE公司生产的SLC-2000B阴道镜检查，并在检查出的可疑部位做组织活检。结果 用病理诊断与阴道镜检诊断相比较，得出阴道镜检查宫颈病变符合率94.12%，宫颈癌变阳性检出率100.00%。结论 阴道镜检查是早期发现和辅助确诊宫颈癌变的一个好方法，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of diagnosing cervical cancer by colposcopy.Methods 100 cases were cervical hypertrophy and cervical erosion in different degree ,they maybe have the cervical cancer .Using the SLC-2000B colposcope that was maded in the DIGENE company to examine and make biossy in the doubtful sites.Reuslts To compare the diagnosis between the cytohistologic and the colposcopy ,it found out the comformable rates(94.12%) of the colposcopy to find uterine cervix disease and the positive rates(100%) of the cervical cancer.Conclusion The colposcopy was a good way to finding and diagnosing cervical cancer.It was worth to popularizing and using.
