[摘要] 目的 探讨高场MRI对股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)早期诊断的临床应用价值。方法 对36例临床怀疑或经X线检查诊断为股骨头缺血性坏死的患者进行双髋关节MRI检查，并对其影像征象进行分期和敏感性分析。结果 36例患者X线检查发现ANFH 47个部位，其中Ⅱ期25个，Ⅲ期9个，Ⅳ期13个。MRI检查发现ANFH 55个部位，其中Ⅰ期8个，Ⅱ期22个，Ⅲ期12个，Ⅳ期13个。结论 MRI可早期显示ANFH改变，并能准确分期，有较高的临床应用价值。

    Value of MRI application in diagnosis of avascular necrosis of femoral head

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the applying value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH).Methods Radiography and MRI examination were conducted in bilateral femoral head of 36 cases of ANFH.The performance in sensitivity and staging of two examinations was compared,and analysed the results.Results A total of 47 foci of ANFH were detected by X-ray.There were 25 foci of stage Ⅱ,9 foci of stage Ⅲ,13 foci of stage Ⅳ.MRI identified 55 foci of ANFH,There were 8 foci of stage Ⅰ,22 foci of stage Ⅱ,12 foci of stage Ⅲ,13 foci of stage Ⅳ.Conclusion MRI is more sensitive than radiography in the detection of stage ANFH,and it has the highest value. ......
