[摘要] 收治流行性出血热11例，其中轻型5例，中型3例，重型3例；并发肺炎1例，急性心力衰竭1例，上消化道出血1例。经抗感染、抗休克和血液透析治疗全部痊愈。笔者认为，减少流行性出血热并发症的发生，关键在于早期诊断和治疗，护理人员的护理经验、操作技术和责任心在抢救成功中起着重要作用。

    [Abstract] 11 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) was admitted to our hospital,in which,5 cases of mild type,3 cases of moderate,and 3 cases of severe;complicated by pneumonia in 1 case,acute heart failure in 1 case,and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in 1 case.All patients were cured after antiinfection,antishock and hemodialysis.It is indicated that the keys are early diagnosis and treatment to reduce the complications of EHF.It plays an important role in saving such patients as EHF to possess nursing experiences,operating skill and responsibilities.
