[摘要] [目的] 研究牛磺酸对氯化镉诱导的大鼠DNA损伤的保护作用. [方法] 用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测阴性对照组、氯化镉组、同时处理组、后处理组及预先处理组大鼠DNA损伤情况. [结果] 氯化镉可诱导大鼠DNA损伤，预先给予牛磺酸可使DNA的损伤率明显下降. [结论] 牛磺酸对氯化镉诱导的大鼠DNA损伤具有保护作用.

    Protective effects of the taurine on DNA damage of whole hemocytes induced by cadmium chloride in rats
