牛磺酸对氯化镉诱导大鼠DNA损伤的保护作用

     [摘要] [目的] 研究牛磺酸对氯化镉诱导的大鼠DNA损伤的保护作用. [方法] 用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测阴性对照组、氯化镉组、同时处理组、后处理组及预先处理组大鼠DNA损伤情况. [结果] 氯化镉可诱导大鼠DNA损伤,预先给予牛磺酸可使DNA的损伤率明显下降. [结论] 牛磺酸对氯化镉诱导的大鼠DNA损伤具有保护作用.

    Protective effects of the taurine on DNA damage of whole hemocytes induced by cadmium chloride in rats

    ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To study suppressing effects of the taurine on the DNA damage of whole hemocytes induced by cadmium chloride in vitro.METHODS The tests were divided into five guoups:control group,Cd groups,co-treatment groups,post-treatment groups and pre-treatment groups.The single cell gel electrophoresis assay was used to inspect the DNA damage of whole hemocytes in rats.RESULTS Various doses of cadmium chloride could induce the increasing of the rate of DNA damage of whole hemocytes ......
