[摘要] 目的 探讨和总结胃癌和胃间质瘤的CT特征和鉴别要点。方法 对经病理证实的65例胃癌和14例胃间质瘤在空腹、低张、胃内充盈对比剂时用16层螺旋CT行平扫、多期增强扫描及三维重建，回顾性观察病灶的黏膜、胃壁结构、血供来源及动态变化、周围间隙。结果 胃癌及间质瘤于增强扫描均有明显强化，胃癌强化程度较间质瘤明显；进展期胃癌于增强扫描时胃壁分层结构消失或不规则，胃间质瘤黏膜完整，局部见连续的薄层强化。结论 进展期胃癌和胃间质瘤在多期增强扫描及三维成像时具有相对特征性CT表现。
