摘要 目的：观察雌激素替代加局部疗法(简称双重作用疗法)治疗绝经后老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法：绝经后老年性阴道炎125例随机分为两组：双重作用疗法组54例，单纯局部疗法组71例。结果：双重作用疗法组的治愈率为94.5%，单纯局部疗法组为88.7%，两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)，但复发率单纯局部疗法组高达43.5%，而双重作用疗法组仅为8.6%(P<0.01)；伴随症状改善：双重作用疗法组改善率为84.8%，而单纯局部疗法组仅为13.2%(P<0.01)。结论：双重作用疗法不但可明显减少复发率，且能改善因绝经而引起的其它各种症状。

    EFFECT OF HORMONE REPLACEMENT COMBINED
