     【摘要】目的探讨强迫症生活质量状况。方法采用汤旦林(TDL)生活质量量表评估生活质量。结果强迫症组的身体方面、心理方面、社会方面、尽职的能力、自我健康意识及TDL量表总分均显著地低于对照组。结论强迫症患者的生活质量较正常人差。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the quality of life status in OCD.Methods TDL life quality scale were used to assessed QOL of OCD patients.Results Physical aspect,psychological aspect,social function,duty capability,selfhealth consciousness and TDL total score of QOL was worse than that of normal controls.Conclusions QOL of OCD patients was significantly worse than that of normal controls.
