【摘要】 目的 观察表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和转化生长因子Ⅱ型受体(TβRⅡ)在胃癌组织中的表达。方法 采用SABC法对30例慢性浅表性胃炎、30例胃溃疡、30例胃癌标本进行表皮生长因子受体(GEFR)和转化生长因子Ⅱ型受体(TβRⅡ)检测。结果 EGFR和TβRⅡ在慢性浅表性胃炎、胃溃疡、癌胃组织中的表达不同，癌胃组明显高于胃溃疡组和慢性浅表性胃炎组(P<0.01)；EGFR和TβRⅡ表达与胃癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的部位及大小无明显关系(P>0.05)，两者均与临床分期有关，Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)；同时TβRⅡ与EGFR在胃癌中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)，两者共同表达符合率为93.3%。结论 EGFR、TβRⅡ在胃癌中有过度表达，其表达与胃癌的进展、转移有关,与胃癌患者年龄、性别、肿瘤的部位及大小无关；同时二者在胃癌组织中有协同表达。【关键词】 转化生长因子Ⅱ型受体；表皮生长因子受体；胃癌；表达
The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor and transforming growth factor receptorⅡ in gastric cancer tissue

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and transforming growth factor receptorⅡ(TβRⅡ) in gastric cancer tissue.Methods 90 patients were divided into three groups in average, the chronic superficial gastritis group, the gastric ulcer group and the gastric cancer group; the EGFR and TβRⅡ of each group were tested by SABC.Results The expression of EGFR and TβRⅡ in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in the other two groups, and the expression of EGFR was positively correlated with TβRⅡ in patients with gastric cancer. The expression of EGFR & TβRⅡhas no remarkable correlation with patient's age, sex, or the tumor's position and size, but it related to clinical stage; the expression in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Conclusion Correlative and over expression of EGFR and TβRⅡ was found in gastric cancer, and the expression was related to the progress and the metastasis of cancer, they had no relation with the patient's age,sex and the tumor's position or size. ......
