     Effect of Naoxueling granule on expressions of inflammationrelated genes after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats

    【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate whether Naoxueling granule can inhibit the inflammatory cascade reaction after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. METHODS: Male SD rats received an infusion of 50 μL autologous blood into the right basal ganglia. The rats were randomly divided into sham operated group, model group, Huatuozaizao bolus group and Naoxueling granule group. The expressions of TNFα, IL1β, iNOS were observed by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. RESULTS: The expressions of TNFα, IL1β, iNOS all increased on 7 d after modeling . Naoxueling granule markedly decreased the expressions of TNFα, IL1β, iNOS at the protein and mRNA levels. Compared with the model group, Huatuozaizao bolus group had no significant difference in the expressions of TNFα, IL1β and iNOS. CONCLUSION: The mechanism of Naoxueling granule against intracerebral hemorrhage may be related to the effect of inhibiting inflammatory cascade reaction. ......
