     【摘要】目的通过对健康老年人与年轻人外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞及CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD28表达水平的比较性研究，探讨免疫衰老的细胞学机制。方法采用三色免疫荧光标记流式细胞术分析年轻组(21~59岁)与老年组(≥60岁)外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果老年组CD3+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+T细胞明显低于年轻组(P<005～001)，CD4+CD28-、CD8+CD28-T细胞明显高于年轻组(P<001)。结论老年人CD8+ T细胞CD28+ 、CD28-的表达水平及CD4+T细胞CD28-的表达水平均随着增龄而有明显改变, CD28+ 表达水平下降，CD28- 表达水平增高，预示着老年人免疫系统功能的降低，提示 CD4+CD28-、 CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-T细胞可能是评价免疫衰老的潜在生物标志。
