中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效观察 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 观察中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 将92例小儿支原体肺炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例服用中药，治以清热化痰,宣肺止咳之法，配合大环内酯类药物治疗；对照组42例单纯用大环内酯类药物治疗。结果 治疗组跟对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎比单用西药治疗疗效显著。

    Curative effect of therapy by combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on infantile mycoplasmal pneumonia

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy combining Chinese and western medicine on infantile mycoplasmal pneumonia(IMP).Methods The patients were divided randomly into two groups.Group 1(n=50) was given Chinese medical therapy of clearing heat and resolving phlegm, and lift the lung “qi” to relieve cough matched macrolide.Group 2(n=42) was given macrolide only. Results There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy combining Chinese and western medicine for IMP has more remarkable effect than western medicine only. ......
