万拉法新联合蒲郁胶囊治疗难治性抑郁症对照研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨万拉法新联合蒲郁胶囊治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。 方法 将100例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为两组各50例，两组均给予万拉法新100～250mg·d-1治疗，研究组在此基础上联合蒲郁胶囊9粒·d-1·Tid治疗。疗程6w，随访6mo。采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。 结果 两组治疗均有效，疗效相当(P>0.05)，研究组起效快，不良反应发生率较低、程度较轻，复发率低。结论 万拉法新联合蒲郁胶囊治疗难治疗性抑郁症起效快，疗效显著，安全性高，依从性好，复发率低，值得在临床推广应用。【关键词】 难治性抑郁症；万拉法新；蒲郁胶囊
Controlled study of venlafaxine combined with Puyu capsule in refractory depression

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects and safety of venlafaxine combined with Puyu capsule in the treatment of refractory depression. Methods 100 patients with refractory depression were randomly divided into research group(n=50,venlafaxine combined with Puyu capsule, Puyu capsule 9 pills/d Tid) and control group(n=50,single venlafaxine) for 6 weeks; followups were conducted for 6 months. Clinical effects and adverse reactions were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS), respectively. Results The curative effects of the 2 groups were equivalence(P>0.05). The research group took effects faster and had fewer and milder adverse reactions and lower relapse rate. Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with Puyu capsule in refractory depression takes effects faster and has lower relapse rate, higher safety, better compliance. ......
