AbstractTo generalize the definition of the performance evaluation of the nurses.It examinated the function of the performance evaluation at the hospital,enumerated the procedure of the performance evaluation.To put forward the methods of performance evaluation,such as investigates a detailed list method,the row preface method,describe a method etc.Purpose is to make the performance evaluation to serve for the nursing human resource betterly, thus to push the positive development of the nursing work.
