【摘要】 目的 探讨广西大学生人际信任与人格特征的关系与现状，为广西高校管理部门对在校大学生的心理健康教育工作提供科学依据。 方法 采用人际信任量表和艾森克人格问卷对575名在校大学生进行测试，分析。 结果 广西大学生的特殊信任在专业上差异显著(F=6.207,P<0.05)，普遍信任在年级上差异显著(F=2.792，P<0.05)；艾森克人格问卷评定女生的E分高于成人常模(P<0.01，L分低于成人常模(P<0.01)；男生的E、N、P分高于成人常模(P<0.01)，L分低于成人常模(P<0.01)。多元方差分析，精神质、神经质维度与人际信任有显著正相关，掩饰性、内外向维度与人际信任有显著负相关。 结论 广西大学生中大部分是少数民族学生或贫困学生，高校要客观地看待这一群体的某些特殊性，有针对性的、及时的进行心理健康教育，提高大学生的人际交往能力和心理健康水平。
