【摘要】 目的 探讨阿立哌唑与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者体重及血糖的影响。 方法 将74例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑治疗组36例，氯氮平治疗组38例，疗程8w。于治疗前及治疗第4、8w末检测体重及血糖变化。 结果 两组患者治疗4、8w末体重均较治疗前有显著或极显著性增加(P<0.05或0.01)。阿立哌唑组治疗前后的血糖水平无显著性变化(P>0.05)；氯氮平组治疗4、8w末血糖水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。 结论 阿立哌唑与氯氮平均可导致精神分裂症患者体重增加，氯氮平可引起血糖升高，而阿立哌唑对血糖无影响。【关键词】 精神分裂症；阿立哌唑；氯氮平；体重；血糖
Effects of ariprazole vs. clozpine on body weight and blood sugar levels of schizophrenics

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of ariprazole vs. clozapine on body weight and blood sugar of schizophrenics. Methods 74 schizophrenics were randomly divided into the ariprazole(n=36) and the clozapine(n=36) group for 8 weeks.Body weight and blood sugar were detected before treatment and at the ends of the 4th and 8th week. Results At the end of the 4th and 8th week, body weight of both the 2 group significantly or very significantly increased compared with pretreatment(P<0.05 or 0.01); there was no significant changes blood sugar level between preand posttreatment in the ariprazole group(P>0.05); blood sugar level gradually advanced at the end of the 4th and 8th week in the clozapine group(P<0.05).Concusion Both ariprazole and clozapine could induce weight gain of schizophrenics, clozapine cause the advancement of blood sugar, while ariprazole has no influence on blood sugar. ......
