[摘要] 目的 探讨经腹及腔内三维超声成像在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 随机选择膀胱肿瘤患者60例，患者膀胱适度充盈，对同一患者分别行经腹及经直肠三维超声检查，并进行三维超声图像重建。结果 60例膀胱肿瘤患者经腹三维超声共检出膀胱肿瘤72个,腔内三维超声共检出膀胱肿瘤80个，腔内三维超声成像较经腹三维超声成像图像更清晰、超声分型更为明确，两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.005)。结论 腔内三维超声成像较经腹三维超声成像在判断膀胱肿瘤的浸润程度及累及周围组织情况等方面能够提供更丰富的信息，但如二者联合应用对判断预后及指导临床外科治疗具有重要意义。[关键词] 三维超声成像；膀胱肿瘤
Value of abdominal and endo-luminal three-dimentional ultrasonic imaging in bladder tumor diagnosis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of abdominal and endo-luminal three-dimentional (3-D)ultrasonic imaging in bladder tumor diagnosis.Methods There were 60 patients with bladder tumors in this research,these patients bladders were filled up properly.The same patient was examined by transabdomen and transrectal 3-D ultrasonography,and the 3-D ultrasonic images were reconstructed.Results 72 tumors were found from 60 patients with bladder tumor by transabdomen 3-D ultrasonography and 80 tumors were found by transrectal 3-D ultrasonography.It was found that endo-luminal 3-D ultrasonic imaging was more clear and more definitive than transabdomen 3-D ultrasound.Conclusion Endo-luminal 3-D ultrasonic imaging can offer more abundant information for infiltrative degree of tumor and the status of surrounding tissue than abdominal 3-D ultrasonic imaging in bladder tumor diagnosis,it is very significant for prognosis and clinical surgery treatment. ......
