高效原油降解小球藻株用于油污废水净化的实验研究

[摘要] 目的: 研究应用生物技术净化含油污废水的方法。 方法: 制备具有降解原油功能的藻类,进行培养、转接、增殖,通过观察检测原油降解效果,筛选具优势的藻类用于净化含油污废水。 结果: 将筛选出的7种相对高效藻中的任意4种为一组进行正交实验,用于处理含油废水,表明以普通小球藻和蛋白核小球藻具优势,其中以普通小球藻最具优势,对于18.4mg/L的含油废水,降解去除率高达94%~95%。 结论: 小球藻属中的普通小球藻和蛋白核小球藻具有降解原油的能力,以普通小球藻降解原油的能力最强,单种藻株降解原油的能力比混合藻株强。[关键词] 油污废水;净化;藻类;小球藻;生物技术
