激光照射联合复合多糖对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响

     【摘要】 目的 探讨低能量激光照射联合龙葵多糖对荷肝癌小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响。方法 建立荷肝癌小鼠皮下种植瘤模型,将荷瘤小鼠随机分为5组,治疗10天后将小鼠处死。取肿瘤组织用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡;免疫组化法检测瘤组织中凋亡抑制因子Survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果 低能量激光照射联合龙葵多糖可以促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,并显著下调Survivin蛋白的表达。结论 低能量激光照射联合龙葵多糖能够诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制荷肝癌小鼠肿瘤的生长。

    The influence of laser irradiation unite solanum nigtum polysaccharide on loaded apoptosis in tumor mice

    【Abstract】 Objective To study effects of low energy laser irradiation unite solanum nigtum polysaccarides on tumor cell apoptosis in liver cancer loaded mice.Methods Established liver cancer loaded mouse model and divided randomly mice into five groups,then executed mice after 10 days and took tumor tissue to measure cell apoptosis with flow cytometry. We detected the expression of survivin protein with immune histochemistry.Results Low energy laser irradiation unite solanum nigtum polysaccharide could induce tumor cells into apoptosis and the expression of survivin protein were decreased. Conclusion Low energy laser irradiation unite solanum nigtum polysaccharide can induce tumor cells into apoptosis and inhibit the growth of the liver cancer in mice. ......
