【摘要】 目的：探讨改良腹腔镜脑室腹腔分流手术操作及临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析2003年8月至2006年5月行改良腹腔镜脑室腹腔分流术18例患者的临床资料。结果：手术均顺利，平均手术时间9min，无手术并发症。术后按Salmon标准评定：基本恢复正常14例，明显好转3例，轻度改善1例。结论：该术式具有操作简便、创伤小、恢复快、效果好、并发症少等优点，是一种理想、可靠的手术方法。【关键词】 脑室腹腔分流术；腹腔镜
The clinical observations of the modified laparoscopic ventriculoperitoneal shunt in 18 cases

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the operational methods and clinical applications of modified laparoscopic ventriculoperitoneal shunt.Methods:18 cases underwent modified laparoscopic ventriculoperitoneal shunt from August 2003 to May 2006 were reviewed.Results:The eighteen cases were performed successfully without complications.The average operation time was 9 minutes.The cases were assessed by standard of Salmon after the operations:14 cases recovered to normal,3 cases improved obviously and 1 case improved gently.Conclusions:It seems that this method is a safe and ideal one with many advantages,such as minimal trauma,quick recovery and little complication. ......
