摘要： 骨质疏松性骨折是一种常见而严重的疾病，如何对其进行预防及提高其治疗水平已成为目前处理骨质疏松骨折的工作重心。有关的药物治疗不仅可以有效地预防骨质疏松的发展，而且在其治疗上具有关键的作用。近来出现了许多新的外科治疗方法，有效地提高了患者的生存质量和减少了骨折后的并发症。笔者总结有关骨质疏松骨折预防和治疗等方面的新进展和新概念，以进一步提高对这种常见损伤的治疗和预防的认识。关键词：骨质疏松；骨折；预防；治疗
Treatment and prevention of osteoporotic fracture

Abstract： Osteoporotic fracture is one of the commonest fractures with many complications in the aged people.How to prevent it and improve its clinical treatment has become a concern.Some new medical and surgical techniques used in treatment has shown better effects.The author now summarizes the present advances and new concepts in its treatment,so as to improve the prevention and treatment of osteoporotic fracture.

骨质疏松性骨折在骨质疏松症患者中的发病率为20%左右,且呈逐年上升的趋势,成为威胁老年人身心健康和影响生活质量的仅次于心血管疾病的严重疾病。特别是髋部骨折后,使患者失去生活自理能力,长期卧床易并发感染、心血管疾病。
