     摘要：人工关节在创伤骨科的应用越来越广泛，而相应的并发症也渐呈增加趋势。正确掌握其手术适应证、进行合理的围手术期处理、理解人工关节的基本技术原理并规范人工关节置换操作技术及积极有效地指导患者进行术后功能康复等是进一步进高创伤骨科中人工关节技术应用的关键环节。

    Abstract： With more and more prosthetic replacements utilized in the field of orthopedic and traumatic surgery,its complications have been increasing in the cases of traumatic fractures It is essential for surgeons to comprehend the principles of prosthetic replacement with standard operation procedure,to instruct patients to proceed with rehabilitation efficiently after operation,to improve the prosthetic replacement technique.
