【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜下套扎法子宫浆膜下肌瘤剔除术的可行性。方法：总结腹腔镜下套扎法子宫浆膜下肌瘤剔除术56例患者的临床资料，分析其治疗效果及可行性。结果：56例患者未发生手术并发症，平均手术时间(43.4±30.1)min，出血量为(31.1±18.4)ml，术后排气时间为(26.2±4.63)h，住院天数为(3.40±1.10)d。结论：腹腔镜下套扎法子宫浆膜下肌瘤剔除术是一种安全的、保留器官的理想术式，术中出血量少，手术时间短。【关键词】 腹腔镜；子宫肌瘤剔除术；套扎法
Clinical analysis of laparoscopic subserous myomectomy with loop ligature method:with a report of 56 cases

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic subserous myomectomy with loop ligature method.Methods:The 56 cases performed laparoscropic subserous mymectomy with loop ligature method were analyzed to study the feasibility and therapentic effectiveness of the method.Results:The 56 cases were all performed successfully with no complication.The operative time averaged(43.4±30.1)min.The operative blood loss averaged(31.1±18.4)ml.The time to exhaust were(26.2±4.63)h.The hospitalization was(3.40±1.10)d.Conclusions:Laparoscopic subserous myomectomy with loop ligature method is a safe,ideal method with many advantages,such as little bleeding, little operative time and retaing organ. ......
