不同剂量18F-FDG和99mTc-MDP对DISA图像质量的影响

     [摘要] 目的 探讨DISA显像时18F-FDG和99mTc-MDP剂量对图像质量的影响。方法 将模型内分别灌注0.37、0.74、1.54、3.08、6.16、12.3、24.3和49.3 MBq/kg18F-FDG和99mTc-MDP水溶液,利用INFINIA VC双探头SPECT仪进行采集。采集能峰511 keV和140 keV,能窗为20%。图像重建采取HAN滤波,滤波因子0.59。从不同放射性活度的模型重建横断图像上选取相同层面进行目测分析和半定量分析:比较18F-FDG和99mTc-MDP图像差异,计算冷区与本底比值。结果 当18F-FDG剂量为12.3、6.16 MBq/kg图像对比度和分辨率较好;当剂量为49.3、24.3 MBq/kg时图像欠佳;当剂量为9.25和4.625MBq/kg时信噪比特别低,图像分辨率和均匀性差。结论 INFINIA VC DISA显像时,18F-FDG显像的最佳给药剂量是6.16~12.3 MBq/kg。

    Effect of 18F-FDG and 99mTc-MDP dosages alternation on the DISA model image

    [Abstract] Objective To assess dual isotope simulation acquire reconstructed image quality effected by altering the 18F-FDG and 99mTc-MDP dosage.Methods To evaluate dual isotope simulation acquire image quality with semi-quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to perform coincidence acquisition by routine clinical parameters after be filling with different doses of 18F-FDG and 99mTc-MDP solutions.An identical slice was extracted from reconstructed image for doing following analyses:the ratio of defect area to background area,the standard deviation on background area.Results 49.3 and 24.3 MBq/kg:the image uniformity was terribly worse,other indexes were irregular.148 MBq:the image presentation looked like the image without attenuation correct,other indexes were moderate.12.3 and 6.16 MBq/kg:the images were with excellent uniformity,resolution and contrast,all of the quantitative indexes were good,9.25 and 4.625 MBq/kg:the uniformity and resolution was degraded terribly.Conclusion Combining above results with other considerations,such as radiation exposure,information amount and acquisition time,the optimal dosage should be 12.3 and 6.16 MBq/kg.It is necessary for improving the imaging. ......
