【摘 要】 目的 观察补阳还五汤加穴位注射弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。 方法 将60例患者随机分为3组各20例，Ⅰ组采用基础治疗加补阳还五汤治疗，Ⅱ组采用基础治疗加穴位注射弥可保治疗，Ⅲ组采用基础治疗加补阳还五汤加穴位注射弥可保治疗。观察3组疗效、临床症状、胫后运动神经传导速度、血流变学指标及血脂变化情况。 结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组总有效率分别为70.0%、65.0%、95.0%，Ⅲ组与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组比较除口干症状外均无显著性差异，Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组比较诸症状均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。3组治疗前后运动神经远端潜伏期、传导速度、波幅均有改善，Ⅲ组与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅰ与Ⅱ组治疗后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)，Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组治疗前后比较全血黏度和血脂有显著性差异(P<0.05)，Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组治疗后比较无显著性差异，Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。 结论 补阳还五汤加弥可保穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好。
