摘要:目的 了解深圳市第二人民医院2001～2005年检出鲍曼不动杆菌的标本来源、分布及耐药变迁趋势，为有效防控制感染、指导临床合理用药提供依据。 方法 回顾性调查和统计该院2001年1月～2005年12月临床送检标本中鲍曼不动杆菌检出情况并分析。 结果 鲍曼不动杆菌检出由2001年全年12株上升至2005年全年63株。5年中发现一株全耐株;高耐株、泛耐株共占15.6%。对鲍曼不动杆菌最为敏感的药物是亚胺培南。临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌主要来源于痰标本占60.1%，其主要来自呼吸科。 结论 鲍曼不动杆菌的感染率和耐药率正在不断上升，应重视防治。
