某院2004～2005年住院恶性肿瘤患者临床诊疗情况分析

摘要 目的 研究恶性肿瘤患者的临床特点及诊疗情况，为临床医疗和医院管理提供参考数据。方法 对成都军区总医院收治的1736名恶性肿瘤患者的诊断治疗情况进行分类统计分析。结果 患者年龄在45～65岁之间的占54.78%；收治的前五位恶性肿瘤及其治愈、resokving rate好转率；手术治疗与未手术治疗的恶性肿瘤患者的治疗结果有显著差异(U＝114201，P<0.05)。结论 应加强对中老年人进行肿瘤普查，做到早发现、早治疗，尤其是尽早作手术治疗，可以提高恶性肿瘤的治愈率。关键词 恶性肿瘤；临床分析
Ckinicak Treatment Anakysis of the Patients with Makignant Tumors Admitted into a Hospitak from 2004 to 2005
