摘要:目的 分析胰腺癌诊断的临床特点及影像学改变，漏诊、误诊原因。 方法 通过对60例经过实验室、影像学检查、手术探查和病理活检证实的胰腺癌患者，进行回顾性分析。 结果 60例中，术前误诊21例(30%)，漏诊12例(20%)，误漏诊率(50%);STB增高27例、BS增高46例、CA199增高43例、CA125增高36例;胰腺癌与难治性糖尿病、血糖持续增高、总胆红素、CA199、CA125增高有统计学差异(P<0.05);胰腺癌TNM III期32例，81%病人有血糖、总胆红素、CA199、CA125增高，P<0.05;肿瘤转移与血糖、总胆红素、CA199、CA125有统计学意义。 结论 加强对胰腺癌早期症状和体征的认识，并采用B超、CT、超声胃镜、ERCP、B超引导下胰腺组织细针活检穿刺术及相关的实验室检查，能提高确诊率。

    Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic and changes of ultrasonography of pancreatic cancer. Methods 60pancreatic cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed.
