摘要:目的 通过对大黄素的研究现状进行分析，为大黄素以及其他天然活性成分的开发提供理论依据。 方法 采取对大黄素的结构性质、提取方法、分离方法、测定方法、生物活性及研究展望等几个方面进行概述总结，全面描述大黄素的研究状况。 结果 通过分析得出各种提取、分离和测定方法的优缺点。 结论 高速逆流色谱提取方法和分光光度测定方法具有广阔发展前景。

    Status in the research of emodin and prospect.

    Abstract:Objective The research on emodin can provide theoretical evidences for exploiting emodin and other nature active components. Methods This article reviews the developments of emodin about nature and structure，the methods of extracting，the methods of dividing，the methods of determining，biological activation and study the prospect，describing the research states of e-modin. Results The advantages and disadvantages of different methods have been showed with analysis. Conclusion The ex-tracting method of high-speed countercurrent chromatography and the determining method of spectrophotometry have widen develop-ment prospect.
